Goals and Objectives for Representative Responsibilities
- Policy Issues: Our goal is to support the effective implementation of HOP academic policies that advance the University's strategic plan.
- Faculty Hiring: Our goal is to monitor and enforce academic hiring procedures in support of the University's goal to recruit an outstanding and diverse faculty.
- Faculty Appointments: Our goal is to oversee and safeguard the faculty appointment process.
- Promotion and Tenure: Our goal is to protect the integrity of the promotion and tenure process.
