Goals and Objectives for Representative Responsibilities

  • Faculty Hiring: Our goal is to monitor and enforce academic hiring procedures in support of the University's goal to recruit an outstanding and diverse faculty.
  • Faculty Appointments: Our goal is to oversee and safeguard the faculty appointment process.
  • Faculty Grievances: Our goal is to oversee the faculty grievance policy and to ensure its effective implementation.
