Faculty Workload Verification

Academic workload requirements are outlined in the University of Texas at San Antonio’s Handbook of Operating Procedures ( HOP 2.14).
Each fall and spring semester, faculty workload reports are reviewed to ensure that all faculty meet the minimum workload requirements based on their faculty title, tenure status and percent appointment on state funds. The repository for this information is Digital Measures. The Office of the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs audits these reports for accuracy.
