Welcome to RowdyPulse!

Welcome to RowdyPulse – a weekly pulse poll of current students from across the UTSA Community during the spring and fall semesters. This short, under-five-minute-survey will help UTSA faculty and staff better understand student preferences inside the classroom and gain insight into the tools and trends Roadrunners engage with in their everyday lives. The data gathered from RowdyPulse will help inform big and small decisions about the future of UTSA, how we approach building classroom experiences, and reveal what our students are thinking about in the moment.

How it works

Surveys will be open for seven days. The Pulse will be distributed via email on Monday mornings and close at 11:59 p.m. on Sundays. Students can take the weekly RowdyPulse poll via this website or join the RowdyPulse mailing list to receive the survey in their inbox. Students will need to log in to the Qualtrics survey form using their UTSA email address. Individual survey responses will not be attributed to individual students unless explicit permission has been provided by the student.

Perks of participating

Students who complete 80% of the surveys distributed during the Spring 2023 term will be entered into a drawing for some special giveaways including eight $25 gift cards and three $50 gift cards.

To take part in RowdyPulse incentives, you'll need to consistently participate in surveys from week-to-week. Sign up to ensure you get RowdyPulse straight to your preferred email inbox!

RowdyPulse Rewards

Students who complete 80% of the surveys distributed during the Spring 2023 term will be entered into a drawing for some special giveaways, including: eight $25 gift cards and three $50 gift cards. Names will be drawn randomly from a pool of people who participated in 80% of the surveys. Recipients will be contacted via email by RowdyPulse@utsa.edu.

Students will need to show their UTSA ID for verification and personally sign for the RowdyPulse rewards during a designated pick-up date and times at UTSA’s Main Campus. The RowdyPulse rewards will be forfeited if recipients are unable to pick up the pack in-person from UTSA’s Main Campus.
