In December 2019, UTSA launched the Bold Promise program to increase access to a college education for students from across Texas. The program covers 100% of tuition and fees for incoming freshmen who ranked in the top 25% of their high school class and have a family income up to $50,500. This fall, the first class of Bold Promise students began their education at UTSA.
