New faculty expand UTSA's teaching and research excellence

This year, UTSA welcomes nearly 100 new tenured, tenure-track (T/TT) and full-time fixed-term-track faculty from prestigious institutions worldwide. The new faculty will deepen UTSA’s academic, instructional and research excellence and advance student success. Among recent new faculty cohorts, this group boasts the highest percentage of T/TT faculty who received their terminal degrees from Carnegie R1 research institutions.
