2023-2024 Faculty Annual Review and 2025-2026 Workload
The annual review and workload agreement process has launched in Digital Measures Workflow. Faculty will submit their annual review for the 2023-2024 academic year and plan their workload for the 2025-2026 academic year. Per HOP 2.11, all Tenured, Tenure-Track and Fixed-Term-Track faculty (whether full time or part time) are evaluated annually.
The department/school’s bylaws establish the formation and review process for the department review committee (DRC). Bylaws may vary between departments, for example the review of part-time faculty.
The colleges have until July 31 to enter each faculty member’s 2023-2024 academic workload percentages for this review period. After that step has been completed, the annual review form will become available (on or around August 1) for faculty to complete by September 15.
Please note: there will be additional steps for faculty to complete after the annual review form (the college will provide a full timeline for deadlines).
