2024-2025 Faculty Annual Review and 2026-2027 Workload
The annual review and workload agreement process will launch in Digital Measures Workflow soon. Faculty will submit their annual review for the 2024-2025 academic year and plan their workload for the 2026-2027 academic year. A reminder per HOP 2.11: all Tenured, Tenure-Track and Fixed-Term-Track faculty (whether full time or part time) are evaluated annually.
The department/school’s bylaws establish the formation and review process for the department review committee (DRC). Bylaws may vary between departments, for example the review of part-time faculty.
Beginning on July 14, the routing will initiate with the colleges who will enter each faculty member’s 2024-2025 academic workload percentages for this review period. After that step has been completed, the annual review form will become available (on or around August 1) for faculty to complete by September 15.
New this year: A "Faculty Professional Disruptions Impact Checklist" will be available to faculty as an additional step in the workflow routing. This checklist will allow them to document any disruptions to their work this past academic year (funding disruptions, tariff impacts, etc.) and will only be shared with department chairs/school directors and deans.
Please note: there will be additional steps for faculty to complete after the annual review form (the college will provide a full timeline for deadlines).
